We deliver within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia). Currently, we do not offer international delivery through our online store.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time:
• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
• East Malaysia: 5–8 working days
  Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and total order weight.
• Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information.

If your parcel is damaged or missing items upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the parcel for review.
