No Cancellation / Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are strictly not allowed once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

We take great care to ensure all products are packed and delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will review your case and arrange for an appropriate replacement or resolution where applicable.

SunnyHills reserves the right to evaluate and approve such cases at our sole discretion.
